Do you handle advisory work or litigation?
Both, often within the same field: drafting employment contracts and litigating before the labour tribunal, shareholders' agreements and disputes between partners, commercial leases and rental litigation. The same matter can be handled from drafting through to litigation, without changing point of contact.
Do you act for private individuals?
Yes, particularly in employment law, lease law and civil litigation, in addition to advising professionals in the financial sector.
